Mandy in Service did a fantastic job of keeping me updated on backordered parts and when work would be completed. She was always available when I called and would call me to just let me know I hadn't updated on backordered parts and when work would be completed. I've purchased 4 brand new vehicles in the past 6 years from Ford and should not have had the major component problems I have had to this point. Needless to say, no more new Fords for this family. My hard earned money will not be lost on another new Ford. Glad I bought the extended warranty. More
