No communication. You can not get a hold of anyone in service and when you do they make excuses and give you the run around. Vehicle was repaired on time and delivered back as expected! The service advisor (cannot remember her name) was amazing. brought vehicle for oil change and tire replacement. - checked tires prior to arrival and front tires were 2/32 and the rear were 4/32. was told they would do service and tire rotation and check tires. - checked tires prior to arrival and front tires were 2/32 and the rear were 4/32. was told they would do service and tire rotation and check tires. Rec'd call that car was done and did not need tires today - I was verbally told the tires had 5/32 tread and probably at next service I would need tires. I thought Ok maybe I was mistaken. - took vehicle home - and double checked the depth. - found the fronts at 2/32 and rear at 4/32. - both in range of needing replacement even for a fleet vehicle. Very disappointed. Not only did they not rotate the tires as they promised I now have to re- schedule on a different day to get the tires replaced. - glad I have another dealer close by to do this service properly.
