brought vehicle for oil change and tire replacement. - checked tires prior to arrival and front tires were 2/32 and the rear were 4/32. was told they would do service and tire rotation and check tires. - checked tires prior to arrival and front tires were 2/32 and the rear were 4/32. was told they would do service and tire rotation and check tires. Rec'd call that car was done and did not need tires today - I was verbally told the tires had 5/32 tread and probably at next service I would need tires. I thought Ok maybe I was mistaken. - took vehicle home - and double checked the depth. - found the fronts at 2/32 and rear at 4/32. - both in range of needing replacement even for a fleet vehicle. Very disappointed. Not only did they not rotate the tires as they promised I now have to re- schedule on a different day to get the tires replaced. - glad I have another dealer close by to do this service properly.
