I went in for an oil change and 4 hours later my car was done. When they were completing a brake flush, they found broken pins and had to replace them, after sending for parts. They gave me a ride home to w done. When they were completing a brake flush, they found broken pins and had to replace them, after sending for parts. They gave me a ride home to wait and the shuttle driver and David Drake, Jr. were thoughtful and courteous. Despite the cost and wait time, I left with a well-serviced and safer vehicle. More

Took my 2016 ford taurus in for break service and was in and out in about an hour. I thought it would be two or more hours. they get right on it. My service agent was great. Makes you fill welcome .
