David was very pleasant and efficient. When I picked up the vehicle, he reviewed the work sheet and the ratings. I appreciated his attention to details. When I picked up the vehicle, he reviewed the work sheet and the ratings. I appreciated his attention to details. More
They have great service, and fairly fast too! Had scheduled an oil change, but it didn't capture on there computer but the service writer told me not to worry that he would get me taken care of. After the car is sold, customer service goes out the window. If not for the expensive service plan I purchased (that really doesn't cover much at all), I would not bring my car here for service. Had issues before with the service department. This last time will be my last even for simple warranty work. Dropped of my car Thursday and they replicated the noise on the lift but had to have a drivetrain specialist diagnose on Monday for warranty reasons supposedly. Call Wednesday and the service adviser told me they are still waiting to hear from Ford what might be wrong but its been left inside so dont worry. Mind you this is the car they said looks sharp on their floor and they wanted to buy it. The advisor told me he'd check with the service manager and call me Thursday (yesterday). As they were locating another gt with 10 speed to replicate the noise with. I never heard anything so called today and told them I at least need a diagnose or I'm going elsewhere as it doesn't take a week to diagnose or "find a car to replicate the noise on". They got very defensive saying they are waiting on Ford, and nobody can figure it out and they don't want to get into the rear end if its the transmission and vis-versa. I told them you replicated it on the lift you stethoscope it and know were the clunk is coming from. They said they didn't want to get into the rear end if its the transmission and I said you simply rtv it and refill it. I asked if the TSB has even been done and he said he has no idea, I asked what do the notes say and he said it doesn't work that way the service manager needs to call me Monday. The guy started getting crappy with me saying noises are the hardest to diagnose; mind you I told them exactly how it happens, showed them when I dropped it off, and they replicated it on the lift. I said I'm picking it up today and the service adviser said that's good because the service manager actually prefers me to just pick it up. Mind you I only called once to check in on it. I know relatives who've had just as bad experiences. I can caught at least 10 others in general who've also had issues. Just save yourself and go elsewhere. More
