As usual I was very satisfied with the reception I received when I dropped my vehicle off for a recall correction. Shuttle service was provided to my home which I greatly appreciated. For this recall work, was lead to believe I would be getting a loaner to get to work the day of service. But was shuttled instead. Needed to get a ride back to the dealership from a coworker. But, was informed that I would receive a call when car was completed. The callback was never received. Needed to call myself to see if the car was ready. I don’t know. It wasn’t a terrible experience. Just felt like I got a “inconveniencing you” vibe from the service rep at drop off and pick up. It appeared that they had a long day. More

Plus you’ll have you car back at the promised time unless extremely busy or they find something wrong with your car. We bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder before our 90 days warranty was up we found out it had A faulty hood latch they told me if I would have bring it back in a week they would have fixed it but since it’s warranty was up we found out it had A faulty hood latch they told me if I would have bring it back in a week they would have fixed it but since it’s been close to 60 days they’re not going to fix it if they are they going to charge me $400 so they are willing to put my family at risk for $400 No they are refusing to fix the hood latch when they knew that it didn’t work if they did service before they sold me the vehicle More
