We bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder before our 90 days warranty was up we found out it had A faulty hood latch they told me if I would have bring it back in a week they would have fixed it but since it’s warranty was up we found out it had A faulty hood latch they told me if I would have bring it back in a week they would have fixed it but since it’s been close to 60 days they’re not going to fix it if they are they going to charge me $400 so they are willing to put my family at risk for $400 No they are refusing to fix the hood latch when they knew that it didn’t work if they did service before they sold me the vehicle More

Unfortunately, my vehicle had to be towed back in because Service did not fix it the first. I had a serpentine belt replaced and unfortunately it came of the next day driving to work. I was told that there Service did not fix it the first. I had a serpentine belt replaced and unfortunately it came of the next day driving to work. I was told that there was a worn tensioner that needed to be replaced. You would think that it should of been taken care of when first inpecting the belt and its parts. I also had new brakes and rotors replaced and had no problems with that service. More
The service department is friendly and efficient. The tires were in quickly and they even were able to squeeze in an oil change and I needed new wiper blades. My car was in for an oil change. They came and got me and told me they took it to wash. Great! I waited and waited and waited. Standing right in front of the service desks. One p They came and got me and told me they took it to wash. Great! I waited and waited and waited. Standing right in front of the service desks. One person ask if I was waited on, I said yes, waiting for my car to come back from being washed. It was over a half hour lated, and after I told someone again I was waiting did they see it was sitting parked if from of the garage doors. They just forgot or neglected to tell me it was done, even though they knew I was standing there waiting for it. When I got home, I saw something strange in my cup holder. Turned out it was my radio antenna that they neglected to put back on. I could not reach it to put it on, so I took it up to auto zone and ask if one of them would be kind enough to do it, and they did. This is why the low rating. More
