The customer service I was given while having my vehicle repaired was top notch. The cost of the repair was very expensive, but it was expected although I thought running a $109 diagnostic test for windshie repaired was top notch. The cost of the repair was very expensive, but it was expected although I thought running a $109 diagnostic test for windshield wiper motors that quit working was unnecessary. I was able to determine that without needing the use of a diagnostic test. Anyhow, Lindsey, the service rep was very courteous and friendly. Communicated with me very well. Tom, the gentlemen that took me home and picked me up after the repair was finished was very friendly and cordial. So, outside the unnecessary $109 diagnostic expense, my experience was very pleasant. Your dealership is very organized and did their best to finish the work on my vehicle as quickly as possible. More

We had an accident in January. The dealer worked w our insurance company and provided a tow to the dealership. I am suppose to get free oil changes that Marcus ( manager in Canton Ohio promised me when I leased the new Truck 2019 ford f150 because of price I was offered 410.00 and then it was changed to 461.00 manager in Canton Ohio promised me when I leased the new Truck 2019 ford f150 because of price I was offered 410.00 and then it was changed to 461.00 now I was just going to keep my other lease truck because it was not due had a year to go and i was paying 365.00 2018 ford f 150 but he offered that to me they are saying no more oil changes and that was not the spoken deal, should of got a copy but I trusted him at his word next time i will get a copy,because he never notated it either.
