Went in for service appointment that I thought I had . .was told I didn't have appointment but they still took me ...service manager was very nice/ helpful. The customer service I was given while having my vehicle repaired was top notch. The cost of the repair was very expensive, but it was expected although I thought running a $109 diagnostic test for windshie repaired was top notch. The cost of the repair was very expensive, but it was expected although I thought running a $109 diagnostic test for windshield wiper motors that quit working was unnecessary. I was able to determine that without needing the use of a diagnostic test. Anyhow, Lindsey, the service rep was very courteous and friendly. Communicated with me very well. Tom, the gentlemen that took me home and picked me up after the repair was finished was very friendly and cordial. So, outside the unnecessary $109 diagnostic expense, my experience was very pleasant. Your dealership is very organized and did their best to finish the work on my vehicle as quickly as possible.
