I have a leased 2020 F150. I had a fuse blown and couldn't find it locally. Figuring it would be a warranty situation, I took it to Autonation Ford. Even if it wasn't a warranty thing, thought it wou couldn't find it locally. Figuring it would be a warranty situation, I took it to Autonation Ford. Even if it wasn't a warranty thing, thought it would be only a few dollars to replace. I got the call saying the bill would be around $170!?!? But they would give me a $50 off. So it would still be around $120. I think the lady on the phone could tell I was a bit taken back. She called me back a little while later saying they took care of it. I owed nothing. I believe her name was Mandy. I thank her! More
