Using service area, the service provided was great and the team that supported me was great but for a facility that likes to promote the car wash as a benefit, my truck was not washed after service. I have had this truck for over a year but have only used the car wash one time as the process is not easy. Dustin did a very professional job of getting our vehicle inspected for a re-call. Also needed a belt and pulley. Parts were ordered and the repairs were completed by noon the same day. Body shop warranty paint/hood replacement. Went off without problem. Said it would take 2 days, was ready as promised. They cleaned the vehicle (something I would expect as an indicator of attention to without problem. Said it would take 2 days, was ready as promised. No dusty footprints on the floor mat, handprint on the door handle (frequently encountered on other service appointments). They also did NOT say what/how to rate them (another frequently encountered problem in this business). So, yea, it’s a legit rating of 5 More
