AutoNation Ford North Canton - Service Center

Very poor communication. Rarely do service staff answer the phone; calls mostly go to voicemail, with calls never returned in a timely manner. Took eight days to install a battery, alternator and belt. Service advisor, managers have plenty of excuses for apparent incompetence. Recommend another dealer for service. Stay away. This was not an isolated encounter. The last service visit was the same. I will not be returning to AutoNation Ford, N. Canton, Ohio for service, nor vehicle purchases. Read other reviews!!! More
