Brandon was there at 7:30 to meet me and go over a few things. I mentioned that I thought I needed brakes and he took a look at my brake fluid and it needed changed. I would like to see a better communication between the company scheduling basic maintenance jobs like oil changes. I have purchased two different trucks from AutoNation Ford. During a service visit in August 2024, I had an unpleasant experience with service manager Ashley Stanley, who was rude and unhelpful. After being prompted to leave a review, I was contacted by manager Michael, who was professional and resolved the issue, leading me to return and purchase another truck. However, two days ago, I was contacted about a recall and scheduled an appointment for today, 2/28. To my surprise, I received an email stating my appointment was canceled. When I called to inquire I was transferred to Ashley Stanley, where she explained that she canceled the appointment due to the review I left Last year on her poor performance. She was rude and unprofessional during our conversation, and there was no prior notice of the cancellation nor a phone call. This situation is deeply concerning and disappointing, particularly considering the amount I’ve spent at your dealership. I request a prompt resolution to address the recall and previous mechanical concerns that were not fully repaired, a review of Ashley’s behavior for future customer service training and accountability.
