‘21 F350 Tremor Lariat - I’ve left two negative reviews in my life; both for this service dept. The good is, after 3 weeks, they fixed it. But….. 3 weeks… zero contact… WHY don’t you call, email, or tex in my life; both for this service dept. The good is, after 3 weeks, they fixed it. But….. 3 weeks… zero contact… WHY don’t you call, email, or text with updates???? Since I got the truck, at every regular service, I tell them, “There’s a leak, please check it.” They say “it’s nothing.” The battery had manufacturing defect n leaked acid that finally destroyed the wiring harness. DON’T expect to call this service dept n speak to someone; you will get voicemail only n they don’t actually return calls. ALL calls not returned until finally… weeks later…service manager called after I called dealership manager. More
Bought a new truck and can not get it serviced at dealership. I spent months having emails on recalls ignored, was finally able to book an appointment and they did not have the items in stock to comp dealership. I spent months having emails on recalls ignored, was finally able to book an appointment and they did not have the items in stock to complete the recalls and parked my truck in the lot and forgot that I was waiting in the lobby. Took a day off work to get this done, and nobody ever told me I was waiting in the lobby for hours for nothing. So not I have a new truck that I can not get serviced from this dealer. More
