Service representative made sure the problem was taken care of even though it was a wear item that is typically not covered under warranty. Brought my car in as the trunk was not working properly and I needed a new key and electronic fob. Girl at check in was most helpful and although the replacement key was not available they have ordered one and I needed a new key and electronic fob.
