My Ford Edge, purchased at AutoNation Ford in June 2020, had a dead battery. I was able to get the car started with jumper cables and drove it to the dealer. I needed to bring my explorer in twice, one for window tinting and the other for a recall. Both occasions I had the pleasure of dealing with Spring Evans in the service department. Scheduled an oil change and when dropped off vehicle was told it would be done by 3 (5 hours later)! I was planning to wait since the oil was change was scheduled I assumed an hour or so. Actually wasn’t r told it would be done by 3 (5 hours later)! I was planning to wait since the oil was change was scheduled I assumed an hour or so. Actually wasn’t ready for 6 hours. I also had a coupon for a 84.95 oil change but was charged 80 something with really no explanation fir the difference. I was also charged 35 for some type of membership program I didn’t recognize. I didn’t see that charge until I got home so I called my rep this morning about the charge. No response yet. More
