I recently need a pretty big repair and they got me in and out in a couple days, great communication, and they provided excellent customer service. Called service about moonroof issue. Earliest appointment was two weeks out. Made appointment for 8/16 at 7:00 am. Upon arrival was told by service advisor that it would probably be tomo Earliest appointment was two weeks out. Made appointment for 8/16 at 7:00 am. Upon arrival was told by service advisor that it would probably be tomorrow before they could look at it but might get it in at the end of day. Questioned what the 7:00 am appointment was for if they weren't going to look at it until the following day. Was told this is what it takes and that they would have to keep it in order to stay in the queue. Regrettably left the truck there after telling the advisor to keep me advised as I need the vehicle for work. Never heard anything for the rest of the day and the following day I call at 2:30 to find out the status. The advisor said he was working on the quote and would get back to me. He had no care or concern about keeping my vehicle for an unknown time. After discussing options I was told if I didn't leave the vehicle with them (was told it would be 4 or 5 days for parts and repair) that I would lose my place in the queue. Fortunately for me, this wasn't a situation that I could not use the vehicle, so I picked up the vehicle and left. I will not be going back to Autonation for anything in the future. I realize these are different times now, but a little customer service and some information dialog would have been helpful. More
I have been bringing my cars here for service for10+ years. Usually just maintenance issues, but occasionally a repair. I would set an appointment, and wait an hour or two while the work was done. Now an appointment means "drop the car off all day" because "we're so busy." I made the appointment two weeks out after coming in to order the part ahead of time. The service rep was not prepared with a quote even though the problem and correction were known when the appointment was made.His lack of customer care or concern, both when the appointment was made and when I came in for the work, just lost Auto Nation our business. We have owned Fords exclusively for 20+ years. We currently own 6. Hopefully other dealers still know how to treat customers. More

Was visiting town and got a check engine light, . .. took it to AutoNation and had it checked only to find out it was cam phase booster problem.. AutoNation was able to tear the engine down, repair it .. took it to AutoNation and had it checked only to find out it was cam phase booster problem.. AutoNation was able to tear the engine down, repair it, and put it back together in 48 hrs (before I was scheduled to leave) AND it was all covered under warranty... VERY impressed with all aspects of my necessitated visit... would be my dealership if I lived in the Phoenix area ( or ever visit again) More
