I'm shocked by all the good reviews. I've had issues every time. Currently they claim the only way to diagnose an electrical drain is to duplicate it, so want to hold the car indefinitel I've had issues every time. They also refused to handle a recall at the same time saying they aren't doing these till end of year-but Camelback Ford had no problem doing both at same visit. They also refused to handle the 4g module upgrade saying they just aren't doing them!! More

Got Ford Explorer 2017 in 2020 from them with extended warranty (which I did not wanted that much at the time) but as you know things can go wrong. Engine on this cars is phenomenal! but looks like water warranty (which I did not wanted that much at the time) but as you know things can go wrong. Engine on this cars is phenomenal! but looks like water pump might fail on some cars. It did on my car. I got the car there, they took take of it and I saved 2,200 and I am glad I did that extended warranty now! :) Jessie on service is a great guy, he told me by TH car will be ready and it was. He told me insurance will pay and they did. All happy. More

While the staff is friendly the service appointments take way too long. I rescheduled an oil change when a tech was sick and it would extend my time to 3-4 hours.
