Getting some one to answer the phone for service is next to impossible. I left a message days ago and no one has called me back. I have two vehicles that need service. This is the third time I have been to AutoNation Scottsdale 1st was to buy the F-350, 2nd time was to talk to Nick, and the last time was to get the oil changed. I was thinking with little to no inventory on your lot, I thought that parking and moving my 24 ft. long truck would be easy, I picked a day they were repaving the front lot, and leaving after the service was complete was like threading a needle. The service writer was great, the area to wait was great, and the gals up front to pay the bill were great. Parking was tuff, I see you're going to remodel the customer service area where the service writers work and the traffic flow will be improved just remember your customers need room to maneuver their SUV’s and Trucks you sell them. You don’t sell VW bugs or little sports cars so you’re turning radius and length of vehicles are long and wide include that in your lane design of the drive through both inbound and outbound after the service is complete. The dealership service department is terrible. For a simple service they make you make an appointment which is fine, then keep your vehicle for days. Never call you as promised .
