Service advisor Robert/Mark ruined the experience. Please make your employees go by the name they are refered as not as whatever they choose. All other employees were great. Mark the service manager understood and tried to make the situation better. The gal that runs the phone was outstanding, she took the time to understand and make it right. Robert/Mark needs some better customer service training, maybe from the gal answering the phones. More

Took my car in for some issues with the AC they took care of everything same day, working with Tiffany was very smooth. She’s a very kind and helpful lady! I had an appointment on 5/19 for an oil change and tire rotation at AutoNation Ford. I was met by Tiffany, who checked my car in, and kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. While I was waiting, rotation at AutoNation Ford. I was met by Tiffany, who checked my car in, and kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. While I was waiting, she let me know that my battery had very little power, and fortunately I had my paperwork with me showing where I had purchased it (at the Ford Dealer in St. George, UT, and the date of purchase. Tiffany made sure that I got a new (free) battery that day, since the old one was within the warranty period. When I had paid my bill and was getting ready to leave, I noticed that the packet with my wheel locks had not been replaced in my car. So Tiffany quickly went to the bay where my car had been worked on and found the wheel locks and returned them to me! Tiffany is efficient, personable, and detail-oriented. I was able to get everything done and was out of there within an hour and a half or a little more! I am impressed by my experience there! More

I came to AutoNation Ford after a more than bad experience at another local Ford dealership. My service writer, Spring, was personable and professional. Making appointment online was easy. Drop of experience at another local Ford dealership. My service writer, Spring, was personable and professional. Making appointment online was easy. Drop off was easy. Service was prompt.
