I called the service center regarding an issue with the passenger door on my vehicle. The service advisor that I dealt with was a gentleman by the name of Mark, who was helpful and very communicative with passenger door on my vehicle. He got me all squared away by setting up an appointment with the body shop despite the fact that I'm still dealing with the issue. He didn't have to go out of his way to set up the appointment for me, but he did anyway, which was very courteous of him. I've gotten my car serviced with Autonation Ford in the past, and the service has been exceptional every time. More
Took way to long for the recall and for Ford to respond to there phone call. Advisor said 3 days it was closer to 5 and that was my only car! Ford headquarters had 3 calls in for the door locks to be cha to there phone call. Advisor said 3 days it was closer to 5 and that was my only car! Upon arrival, I felt completely invisible. Stood in front of four separate service adviser and NOT ONE even acknowledge I was even standing there! The worst was my "Assigned Advisor" was having a conversation with a fellow employee and did not acknowledge me standing there for 8 min! Completely unacceptable! More
A very good experience with the service department yesterday. Kendra (my service advisor) was friendly and had me in and out quickly. I brought it in for 2 issues (which they fixed) and asked them t yesterday. Kendra (my service advisor) was friendly and had me in and out quickly. I brought it in for 2 issues (which they fixed) and asked them to check on another (battery). Kendra called (I dropped it off) and confirmed the battery was dying (as I had suspected) and with summer (battery killing season in Phoenix) coming I had them replace it. We live on dirt roads so she mentioned the air filter looked dirty as well so replaced that too. All in all a very good experience. More
Had air services for $450 and they did not fix the problem. Brought it back and the dealership indicated it would be another $2,600 to fix the air conditioner. I wasn’t so happy about not knowing I would be there for 3 hours. Thanks to Adam for his kindness when I wasn’t so nice to him about having to wait. Service Rep was great, she took my truck on time, returned it quickly after the Mech verified the trans issue, reprogrammed it and I had it back. Rep explained it well.
