Had air services for $450 and they did not fix the problem. Brought it back and the dealership indicated it would be another $2,600 to fix the air conditioner. Also, the rep treated my wife rudely. More

I pre-scheduled an appointment to replace my shocks on my Raptor several weeks in advance. I dropped my vehicle off and 2 hours later I was called and informed the parts were not only not in hand, but we’re never ordered. Turns out the parts have a substantial back order too. The service staff said they didn’t even know why I scheduled the service visit as the appointment wasn’t properly entered. Poor experience top to bottom and I’ll never be back.
