Ford Escape botched I will never buy another ford and hope my daughter never has to deal with this dealership. She bought a 2019 Ford Escape which has been in this dealer I will never buy another ford and hope my daughter never has to deal with this dealership. She bought a 2019 Ford Escape which has been in this dealership for a month, no one calls unless you call them. They put a new engine, according to them, and check engine light came on for second time, then they said when engine went in was put in a part was missing, WHAT!!!, if it’s new shouldn’t it be complete, now daughter is waiting for another part for almost a month, a 2019 escape with 20,000 miles should be easy to get parts for. This should be a recall from ford. Sales manager she was supposed to deal with, passed her off to someone else, she paid 18,000 for car in March 2020, car has been in dealers two times total of month and a half, they appraised at 14,000, so they are steering her towards a lease. Regional manager says she doesn’t qualify for a buyback. This is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with! No communication, from any of the depts, . Liesto pacify us. I will never buy a ford from this dealership, they are the worst! When calling was disconnected by customer service several times, was told they couldn’t give me regional managers number or name, and they didn’t have that info! More
I thought Peoria ford was bad . Until I went to AutoNation Past three days I’ve called and left messages to schedule and appointment, no call back . Finally I just went down there today . Pulled into service and literally sat for 25 minutes in my truck wasn’t greeted I see service advisors shooting the crap and I’m just sitting there wasn’t even greeted . Poor customer service I decided to try to get a simple oil change at Autonation. I drove up to service and was not greeted by any service advisors. I waited 5 minutes in the service center driveway. A different customer drove up and he instructed me to walk into the stall and get their attention. He also told me he learned this from his first experience on coming to this service center. I went in and talk to an advisor I felt like I was a hugh inconvenience on them. I originally arrived at 2:47 pm and was told to come back on Monday. Needless to say I will be returning to Peoria Ford even though that autonation us very close to my home. I much rather drive 23 extra mile for the great quality customer service. It was not Brandon’s fault. I put all the blame on their leader for poor customer service. Hello and Good Riddance Autonation Ford! More

Poor customer service with warranty work I am a 65 year old woman whose battery died suddenly. I was told I couldn’t bring the car in until Monday. Thus incident was on Saturday afternoon. I asked to speak to a manager. I left him a message and my call was never returned. I got right in at Chapman. Friendly courtesy service. I will never go back to Auto Nation More
Called for oil change 2/22/18 1st oil Change I had a good experience when I bought my car brand new at AutoNation Ford in Scottsdale. It is time for my first oil change so I called yesterday to I had a good experience when I bought my car brand new at AutoNation Ford in Scottsdale. It is time for my first oil change so I called yesterday to see what the cost would be, letting the girl know that it is my first oil change. I ask if I purchase the gold plan if it covered the oil change she gave me to finance dept to find out I do not have it covered only the vehicle warranty. Which is fine the reason I called is they are a distance for me to drive if it is not covered I would go to a ford dealership closer to me. I called automation closer to me but they were booked so I got ahold of surprise ford dealership and took it this morning. To find out I should have got my 1st oil change FREE that Ford pays for the first oil change to the dealership you buy it for. I am very disappointed that I was not told that yesterday from the dealership I bought it from. I hope they contact me and reimburse me for my oil change since I would have gladly went to them if they would have inform me of this. I want others to know of this so they get their free oil change!! More
Service Visit I have been taking my 1999 Ford Explorer to this service dealer for several years (usually just for oil changes), noted that they tend to overcharge a I have been taking my 1999 Ford Explorer to this service dealer for several years (usually just for oil changes), noted that they tend to overcharge at times so sometimes I would have them do the work and other times would take it elsewhere. This time my car began to make rattling noises so I had my 17 y/o son take it in (I am a single mother of 2 children and their father died several years ago) since I work full time. Next day I speak with service rep and he tells me they can do 2 things, 1) fix it enough to keep it running for $3100 or put a new engine in for $8000 (car has Blue Book value of ~$1200. My son was very attached to this car so I said let's do the $3100 fix......5 days later I am told it is unfixable and needs a new engine which I can't afford so I told him I would pick it up. He tells me that the engine is all torn apart and I need to tow it out! Not only did I have to tow it out after it was driven there but I also had to pay $500 for their labor cost!!! TOTAL SHAME ON THEM! More

Tried to charge me for work they didn't do. I took my F150 in for the first service (tire rotation and oil change). After I paid $64, I noticed that they hadn't rotated my tires. One of the valv I took my F150 in for the first service (tire rotation and oil change). After I paid $64, I noticed that they hadn't rotated my tires. One of the valve stems is unique and was in the same location (right rear) of the truck as when I dropped it off. So I checked the oil. Still dirty. No oil change was performed. They claimed to refund my credit card when I pointed out to them that they didn't rotate my tires or change my oil. My credit card still shows the charge as pending so time will tell if they actually refunded it. More
