ive been lied to again. i read on your web page you get customer a car to use. Really i was never offered one when i had just got out of the hospital. You had my truck 2 weeks. You had the $150 part there. 2 weeks, when i wasnt working no checks coming in, You just ghosted me. My bill from my adviser, who called me 3x in 2 weeks and 2 on the last day. He it will be around $750 then calls me back at 5 now its over $2,900. plus my rent a car. That part is making allsorts of sounds and you know this. You know my wheel not balanced. This is where you called me a leir. A customer for 20 years a leir!! my lug nut key was right where i said it was and you said you both looked and it wasnt there, so i am mistaken. really i told him to take every case out, you said you did. No you didnt it was there on the bottom pushed up towards the dash. My friend found it on the way to a concert. He wanted to know a name of a song, I said it in there on its OPEN IT. tHEY DIDNT LISTEN NOW ITS BROKEN, MY BACK WINDOW IS LEAKING AFTER FORD DID SERVICE ON IT it needs to be fixed. I just got out of the hospital, surviving, MRSA, PNEUMONIA AND SZEPSIS at the same time. With mold in my truck that you know about and are ghosting me. 6 weeks ive been waiting for a car you said you would have the following week, i really hate being lied to over and over again. Ive only had ford trucks. My wife and i are looking for new car and truck, It wont be a ford

I wrote that response above. Yes everyone in the world can see that i was upset. with the health issues i have and i am still trying everyday to get better!! I just snapped!! I did not take into consideration what was happening in their life at the same time. I am a elementary Physical education teacher. We do not have a gym, I am outside 3 straight hours half hour break, then 3 straight hours again. after being inside for most of a year, when i left work injust want to get home on some ice. I waned to stop and tell the store manager about everything, But getting home was the only thing i was thinking about and i drive right by there! So retract what i wrote because they had called and right now finishing my truck in less then a day. If you have a problem, go see Kevin or Natalie. I promise you they will help. If you cant stop in for one reason or another, then make a call. Thank you Auto Nation Ford Earl I don't care who see this!

Yes, wrote the above survey. Im an Elementary school Physical Education teacher with no gym and outside 7 hours a day. I had just spent 10 months in isolation, Trying to beat, MRSA, pneumonia and sepsis at the same time. When i found out my back window was leaking, it soaked my friends nice dress on the way to dinner, i was not happy. Called Kevin who has always tried to take care of me or he did. I didnt hear back from him so i, thats right played a game of ghosting. After 6 weeks of him winning the game. i was pissed and wrote that review. I wanted to stop in and talk to the dealerships manager bit was so tired from work i drove right by.. Yes right by 20 feet from their door. At that time i knew of Natalie i had talked to her when Kevin wasn't there.But i loss most of my memories and couldnt think of her name. They had just added car washing so they are NOT LIERS. Im in a truck right now so they do jive loaner, not lying. When i wrote this i was thinking of myself and not what was going on, with kevin or anyone else helping. so i do apologize. Next time i think i have a problem i will ask those two for help . Auto Nations Ford if there is a problem, they will take care of it!!! \Earl G Perrin
