Very bad experience with the service department. I could not have been more clear on the symptoms I was having with my truck. There was no attempt to locate the noise is coming from underneath and very litt not have been more clear on the symptoms I was having with my truck. There was no attempt to locate the noise is coming from underneath and very little attempt to deal with the electrical issue that I was having. Basically got cold stairs back from anyone I spoke with. I was told the mechanic was trying to figure it out however using my FordPass app I can see that the truck was never even test driven. I will never return to this location for anything even though it is closest to my house. I will continue to make the trip north to another Ford dealership where I can get things taken care of promptly like I did yesterday. It’s very disappointing the incompetence within the service department. I even left my truck there for two days after dropping it off on a Monday morning and picking it up Tuesday after 5 PM only to find out that it sat there the whole time. The oil was supposed to be changed as well which never happened. Extremely frustrating but realistically what can you do besides not go back and leave a review that in the end really does not matter. AutoNation Ford diagnosed my AC problem, ordered the parts and immediately started working on my truck so that once parts came in half of the job was already done.
