Incompetent Told me I needed new brakes and tires while I’m for the first time to get a recall issue addressed. Made a subsequent appointment for the tires and brakes. Once they learned it was a fleet car for work, I no longer needed tires or brakes. They did change the cabin filter. They also broke the glove box and closed it so I didn’t notice until I opened it. Left a mess of white, waxy shavings in my glovebox and on the floor below. So much wasted and lost time spent here. The worse part, NOT ONE SINGLE APOLOGY. Do not go here. Untrustworthy and apathy abound. More

Service advisor didn't stay on top of it and come to find out they had new guy who dis not know how to change the transmission. Fluid in a 2013 mustang. I took it few days ago to have oil changed and differential fluid changed. Rick was my advisor very good. However, I called because of squeaking when I went over bumps. Figured shocks struts or something. Well that day I was transferred to Derrick which I left message never called me Called today first guy I got acted like my questio s were some big mystery. I'm not a mechanic but would've either said bring it in or give a couple possibilities. He was a total baffoon. Last time I called they transferred me to Kens answering machine left message explaining I wasn't happy and just wanted to know what the squeaking could be. Still no call. I've been going there since we bought the car 3 years ago. Also I am looking for another car for myself and want to buy my mother one. I most certainly won't be using this place. Speak to few hundred people daily and will also let them know lack of service and integrity More

Worst service advisors I've ever dealt with,EVER! There is one advisor that has a clue, unfortunately for me she was on medical leave. Took my 2015 F250 Diesel in for standard 5000 mile oil change. M There is one advisor that has a clue, unfortunately for me she was on medical leave. Took my 2015 F250 Diesel in for standard 5000 mile oil change. Mentioned "again" when first got out of truck ,that passenger side ground cable keeps corroding. Advisor tried to tell me it's the two odd metals. Hmmm why doesn't other side do it. Her answer, well they must have used a different metal. Oil gets changed and tells me you need a fluids changed. Power steering,brake, coolant and fuel filter. Hmmmm I just changed fuel filter last time I was here when the other gentleman told me it needed changing at $177.00. Hmmm , I'm my opinion they do nothing but try and up sell you. More
AVOID RYAN LOWE FROM SERVICE DEPT AT ALL COST I'm giving a 2 star review only because of Brittany Peterson, one of the new staff they have. Otherwise, it would have been a whopping 1 at the most. I got there early for a 7am oil change appointment, I was the first customer there, not a single one approached me. I walked up to one of them to ask if I can sit in one of the chairs by the door while waiting, all he said was "that's fine", too busy walking while texting did not even make eye contact or offer assistance. Found out later he was my Advisor RYAN LOWE. Finally, I got some assistance thanks to the gentleman who checked me in, unfortunately I didn't get his name, and Brittany. They were very helpful. However, one of the techs don't even know how to open the hood of my '16 F150. Such a shame. So I waited in the lounge and was advised by Brittany that Ryan will be with me shortly to complete the paperwork. About an hour passed and finally the gentleman that checked me in came in looking for me wondering why I still haven't checked out. Nobody told me my truck had been done and waiting outside. That stupid incompetent loser RYAN LOWE disappeared. At this point. I just assumed he went to the bathroom and somebody must've flushed him down the toilet because he is the biggest piece of xxxx in that dealership. Thank goodness Brittany stepped up one last time to assist me so I could finally leave that place. Too bad she's stuck working there, with turds like ryan. More

Although the repair took longer than expected, Adam did a fabulous job communicating updates and offered free shuttle service. A+ for his customer service. Would definitely recommend him and this dealership. More
Awful Service We took our Escape in for a routine oil change and left without one We waited for almost 15 minutes for Patti the advisor. She told us our car wo We took our Escape in for a routine oil change and left without one We waited for almost 15 minutes for Patti the advisor. She told us our car would be ready in an hour. Okay. So after more than than hour we returned to the service department to see if our car was ready. First we went to the cashier, she was quite rude because I could see that we were interrupting her while she stirred her drink. She made no attempt to find our advisor for us. When we did find our advisor, she told us our car needed over $700.00 worth of work. When we told her we would think out it, she went out the door to tell the tech. The tech returned and told us no work had been done on our car, but he could quickly slap out an oil change in 10 minutes. I said no just bring me my car. I later called Patti to make sure that my car did not need $700 worth of work. Which it did not because they had mixed up my car with another car. However, Patti never called us to tell us that. Then about an hour later the service manager called. His first words to me were, I understand you want to vent. I told him I did not understand why he was calling just to give me some faux apology and things would not change. This was the third time we had terrible service with AutoNation. The advisors never answer their phones or return your calls. Nobody seems to know what is going on and they certainly, do not work as a team. It will be a long time before I wold consider returning to AutoNation St. Petersburg. More
