Baig did a great job at creating a relationship instead of just trying to sell a car. He didnt come off as your typical salesman but was just very modest, personable and informative all while not only givi of just trying to sell a car. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle. The people were nice and respected my decision that I could not close the deal until I spoke with my husband. I have to admit that I don't buy cars very often as I am not fond of the process. The day that I went to Power Ford Valencia to "look" at a Ford Explorer, I had no intention of purchasing. I had my two sons with me (5 and 2) and there was no way I was going to go through this whole process with them in tow. Then I met Baig. He was such a kind, patient and knowledegable sales person. He showed us the car we were interested in and even offered to allow us to put our sons' car seats in the car for a test drive. When we began to talk numbers and enter the negotiation stage of this process, Baig, and everyone else at the dealership, was so understanding and patient with me and my husband, as well as my children who were bored and acting up. I was ready to leave and come back without the children, but everyone accommodated my children and truly showed excellent customer service beyond my expectations.
