Joseph Rios was great. We spoke on the phone several times. I finally stopped by the dealership and Joseph was not available at that time. So I spoke with another dealer who was helpful, but I left dec times. I finally stopped by the dealership and Joseph was not available at that time. Joseph then found away to get me what I wanted and to get it for me now. 2 days later I had my new car and I couldn't be happier. Joseph didn't give up and he went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted and a little more. So, thank you Joseph I know I didn't make it easy on you, but you did make it easy on me and I couldn't be happier with my new car. Now if I could just figure out how to use all my new features. I was very impressed with both Patsy and Aaron on their friendliness and knowledge. Also, the help Patsy gave me in finding the car that I was looking for. They both did everything they could to make me friendliness and knowledge. Also, the help Patsy gave me in finding the car that I was looking for. However, my experience with the person doing the finanancial work was fine with the signing, but very upsetting when it came to the four promised services I was told were included in the price. The deal was almost lost due to the one dollar cost. I walked out very tired and feeling very bad about the experience. If it hadn't been for the sales people, I would never have made a deal with the agency. I feel like I had made a deal out the door and I was sticking to it, but they weren't. I hope that I never have to buy another car. I said that I would recommend this dealership only because of the nice sales people and the Manager. He was very friendly too.
