We had the best experience when we bought our car except for when I had to come back the next day and submit some additional paperwork. I asked Joseph if he could please make a copy for me, he then proceede for when I had to come back the next day and submit some additional paperwork. I asked Joseph if he could please make a copy for me, he then proceeded to point me in the direction of the copier and say "yeah there's a copy machine over there". I said "really"? What is your name and he said joseph. I said ill be sure to let Scott know you were so helpful. He then got up and said no ill do it and walked over to the copier and said "yeah I'm just too lazy to help people." He said this with such a sarcastic tone and I was in shock and I said "ill let Scott know" he said "you be sure you do that". I have never as a customer ever been treated so rudely especially after buying a car. Let me tell you one thing about me I am loyal when I am treated with quality customer service but when I am treated like less than a human I probably will not return. When I first walked in yesterday with my paperwork this man was doing NOTHING but playing on the internet. The whole thing was very disgusting and I would appreciate a call of apology.
