Mike did a great job, To bad he has to work for that dealer. I feel like i was taken, bought a used truck, bought a warrenty with it and forund out the warrenty will not take effect for 30 DAYS WTF??? dealer. Day after i bought it had a code ibriught it in they couldn't find it i was told the next time it codes to bring it in with the light on, it took about 1 week, brought it back and i got Mike Owen as a service writer thank the lord he was there. After about a week the finally fixed it. it was a EGR Cooler about 2500.00 mike got it covered under warrenty. More

Howard Rutherford was very helpful - he helped me set up the phone system in the car and took his time to go over all the features in the car (especially the computer stuff). I delt with Howard via internet until we were ready to sign and drive off the lot. We initially were going to have him locate us a color that was not available on the lot but the black on black that was i sign and drive off the lot.
