I received a call that my Mom was on the way to the Hospital right in middle of my purchase and the staff at Power Ford of Valencia were considerate and did everything they could to complete my purchase so I could get to the hospital. Because of my family emergency, I was not able to go over all the details of the vehicle with David and had to return within the week. David kept in touch with me, letting me know his schedule as to make it more convenient for me to meet with him to go over any details we were not able to do on the day of the purchase. I also would like to "shout out" to Scott who assisted me a few times when David was not available. Not only would I recommend working with the staff of PFV, but I would highly recommend the entire dealership staff to anyone looking for a great overall experience with a vehicle purchase. Aaron Farris was my salesman, he knew the products and was very helpful when offering ideas or alternatives without any pressure or deceit. He was just a laid back guy who answered my questions and knew all kinds of stuff that was actually pretty interesting... I got a very fair price on my trade in, I was very pleased with the price of the SUV I bought and the financing was smooth and easy with a great APR. Usually when I buy a car, I leave the dealership in a very pissed off state of mind, but at Power Ford there was no foolishness or trickery, I still can't believe that I actually had an excellent car buying experience, that's just not supposed to happen!
