Gregg is an excellent service advisor. I have had the pleasure of working with him in the past. I have not been back to the dealership since my warranty expired, but after this visit I wil I have had the pleasure of working with him in the past. He has taken my Shelby out Several times after being told not to ever drive this car!!!!! I trusted him till he Was bragging about my Shelby’s hp and others that were at the dealership. He drove my car so hard that I got it back with a ticking noise and engine fell apart on the highway!!!!!! He said that I blew the engine and I am a 69 year old female that he took advantage of!!! I did NOTHING TO THIS CAR! This place takes advantage of women and elderly are treated like you are stupid!! More

I dealt with this dealership because of a recall on my Lincoln MKC. The recall was handled very poorly by Lincoln.
