I have contacted him about this he said he was going to work on it. He has done nothing! You made your sale, you screwed up the release of liability processes and when it was brought to your attention all you wanted to do was point the finger at everyone else. Your service is pathetic and I will never purchase from your dealership again and this is from a long time (generational) Ford customer.
