I have had previous issues with some of the service department techs but working with Sam was a complete 180. He was responsive, and took care of what I needed right away. Bought a used 2019 raptor with around 46,000 miles. The buying process was easy but the service left me disappointed. It was advertised as Certified Used but less than 400 miles it was leaking coolant The buying process was easy but the service left me disappointed. It was advertised as Certified Used but less than 400 miles it was leaking coolant and made a rattling noise. Took it to the dealer and they had to fix the water pump, cam phasers and they told me that it needed an alignment. The warranty covered the pump and cam phasers but I had to pay for the alignment. Then right after I got it back from the service , the my Key activated and wouldn’t let me drive it over 80 or turn up the music and got rid of all the driving modes. I had to purchase another Key since the dealer only gave me one and the good thing was that the Ford in Tustin covered the labor but I still had to pay another $400 for the key and $150 for the alignment. It was frustrating as It was labeled certified and had these problems immediately and having to dish out more money when I had just purchased a $70,000 truck. But the part that frustrated me the most was when I called the dealer that sold it (Valencia AutoNation Ford) to talk to someone about what happened , they never got back to me and just blew me off. I called Thursday morning right when they opened at 9am and talked to whoever answered and said he was going to talk to the manager and see what they could do, and am writing this review on Sunday and never heard back. I’m disappointed because I bought a BMW from AutoNation and had a great experience but not this time More

I had a fantastic and speedy experience. It was unmatched by another dealership. The dealership respected what I wanted and gave me just that. No pushy sales tactics. Let me start by saying Angie and the sales team we're awesome. I came in to check out a Ford Bronco Sport and made an appointment before hand to ensure the vehicle I wanted would be available. Angie had awesome. I came in to check out a Ford Bronco Sport and made an appointment before hand to ensure the vehicle I wanted would be available. Angie had a few options ready when I got there and let me test drive. I returned a few days later to purchase the car and sadly it was sold, but Angie went above and beyond to find another Bronco Sport in the area that same day and brought it to the dealership for me to check out. I purchased the car and cannot be any happier, it's exactly what I wanted and she met me at the price point I felt comfortable spending. The whole process was seamless, although the finance guy was a little pushy (that seems to be how they are everywhere), it wasn't a huge issue but I wanted to be transparent about it. Overall it was a great experience and I LOVE my new car! Thanks Angie and the Ford team. More
I felt completely scammed. My sales person Angie was great and I don’t think it was her fault. I went in to only test drive they car bc I wanted to go through my credit union. My sales person Angie was great and I don’t think it was her fault. I went in to only test drive they car bc I wanted to go through my credit union. I was informed my credit union specifically does not offer loans for cars with over 100k miles: I was also told I could add a additional warranty at anytime but in finance had to make a decision on the spot. I was never told the final amount, just the additional monthly. I told them do not run my credit more than once and it was ran 6 times which they seemed to have used the lowest score that came back to bump up my interest rate. I was there for 4 hours and needed to get home. I knew I had 5 days to return the car so got home and did my homework. I read over the contract and was in shock by how much everything was additionally. The next morning I contacted my credit union and sure enough was able to get my loan through them for half the interest rate and half the warranty amount for great coverage. I saved over 2k by doing my homework regardless of what I was told multiple times asking specific questions at the dealership. The financial persons name I dealt with was Elias but I’m sure they all are trained to lie to make sales. I was going to return the car if they didn’t made this right. They made me drive back to the dealership over a hr away twice, once to sign new contract to and again to drop them off a check from bank. I stated how I felt and and the response from the sales manager was I’m sorry you had a bad experience and some ppl don’t mind paying the extra. Like WOW! I Asked them to at least fill up my tank after all this driving which thankfully they did. I felt that they were trying to get me to drive the 200 miles or whatever it was so I wouldn’t be able to return the car if I decided to. Even the credit union advised me not to deal with that dealership again and I had good experiences with other auto nations. It’s very disappointing. Im a 33 yr old single female, fighting breast cancer trying to buy a used car to get through medical appointments daily and needed a reliable car. I hope others have better experiences and I had there. More
