I’ve purchased a bunch of cars in my lifetime. Some new some used but when my car started costing me more to repair than it was worth I started looked for something more reliable. Ultimately this car will be passed down to my son in a couple of years to drive back and forth to school so I wanted a reliable car and decided on a used 2013 Lexus ES 350. After looking through all the used car posts I happened upon one from auto nation with a fair price. I called and the sales guy Tyler was awesome. He told me to come in for a test drive. After giving it a whirl I took it home. The next day while I was taking my son for a drive I noticed a rattling sound under the car and immediately returned it. The service department was awesome and took the car in right away and assured me I had nothing to worry about. They even provided me with a loaner. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience at Auto Nation. More

I brought my 2021 Ford Bronco in for a warning on display. Mike duff was the service writer who helped me and was able to get it diagnose quickly. When the part came in Mike did not hesitate and got me an appointment as soon as he could. Car was fixed the first time and I couldn’t be happier. Came in for an oil change and Eric in the service department is absolutely amazing. I had a few questions on our reward points since he is fairly new, he was kind enough to ask another service dept coworker to help us Veronika which was not friendly in fact rude and seemed bothered she had to help us. Veronika needs to learn the importance of customer service or at least not be so bothered to help customers with questions. Eric has been great and will request to have him service our car from now on. We need more people like Eric who care about customer service! More
