I had a few questions on our reward points since he is fairly new, he was kind enough to ask another service dept coworker to help us Veronika which was not friendly in fact rude and seemed bothered she had to help us. Veronika needs to learn the importance of customer service or at least not be so bothered to help customers with questions. Eric has been great and will request to have him service our car from now on. We need more people like Eric who care about customer service! More
