I had a great experience with the check-in process to get an oil change and the service time was really good about an hour, customer service was fantastic. The only issue I had was there was no customer wifi an oil change and the service time was really good about an hour, customer service was fantastic. The only issue I had was there was no customer wifi in the lobby waiting area for Ford or it was down that morning, so I was not able to work remotely, I also think the waiting room or show room area could use some modern updating.
