Took too long to service my car. ..BOTH times. And now again, I have a "check engine" service light come on. Not happy with the car I bought from this dealership (too many problems), ..BOTH times. Sam White was the man! I had an appointment but somehow spaced out the date and brought my in my F150 over a week early and on a day they don’t book appointments. He grac I had an appointment but somehow spaced out the date and brought my in my F150 over a week early and on a day they don’t book appointments. He graciously accepted my truck and the service was completed in a most timely fashion since they were already booked for the day. I also appreciated the video update the service department sends out and therefore there were no surprises! It was truly a pleasant experiene. More
