I tried making a service appointment via phone and was told all agents were busy and they would call me back. Funny thing is, I was outside the office and they were all joking around looking at their phon told all agents were busy and they would call me back. Funny thing is, I was outside the office and they were all joking around looking at their phones or reading newspaper. When I walked in, no one said anything until I said something. I would rather drive to Vista Ford in the Valley than go here again. Vista not only is courteous and quick to schedule, but my car is washed when I pick it up. More
