Great service at Valencia! Team is very friendly. Sometimes is very difficult reach the service team, no one answer the phone, I’ve to wait until they call me back. I have a 2 Team is very friendly. The service department is impossible to get a hold of. I took my car in on a Saturday morning for service and was told I’d get my car back the same day. Well, they never called me and when I tried to call I took my car in on a Saturday morning for service and was told I’d get my car back the same day. Well, they never called me and when I tried to call to get a status update, no one would pick up. Long story short, I ended up being without my car for the rest of the weekend! I do not recommend this place. I’d rather drive to the Valley for service than come back here. More

fantastic, super helpful, I got serviced by Javier and the very first time I took my car he did everything possible to keep me updated on my car. He is also very convenient, he makes sure what he has avai the very first time I took my car he did everything possible to keep me updated on my car.
