Autonation is awesome! Arrived 20 minute's early for my appointment. Just basic service "The Works" (oil change ) had me in and on the road in less than an hour 1/2 . They are Useless ! ! I bought a new hybrid Ford Escape , the subwoofer make rathering noise .. they can’t fix it . After 4 visit they figure that it vibration from t ! They don’t return phone calls of follow up with customers when there is a problem .. Ford make nice cars , but Valencia service department sucks … Avoid. More

I took my explorer in for rack and pinion repair. It’s was fixed and then the mechanic found a major problem. I now needed a new transmission. I’m ever so thankful I got the extended insurance policy It’s was fixed and then the mechanic found a major problem. I now needed a new transmission. I’m ever so thankful I got the extended insurance policy. Everything was covered and so was my car rental. So, 45 days later I’ve got my car back. Thank you again to Mike Duff and the Ford team. More

This dealership is one of worst ever. I had selected this dealership as my target dealer when I placed my 2021 Ford Bronco Reservation in early 2021. I pre-ordered the Ford Bronco from Fo I had selected this dealership as my target dealer when I placed my 2021 Ford Bronco Reservation in early 2021. I pre-ordered the Ford Bronco from Ford Motors I picked AutoNation Ford Valencia as my delivery location I have been to AutoNation Ford Valencia on multiple occasions to check on the status of my reservation and they were initially very friendly. Fast-forward to yesterday when I received notification from Ford Motors that was Bronco was delivered and ready to pick up. I arrived there and first red flag, they told me the MSRP on my reserved car when up by $10k...no big deal because I still wanted my Bronco. Then they told me they had to call Ford to make sure I didn't already have a Bronco. First, who cares whether I already own a Bronco or not? I was just there to pick up my special delivery...the sales guy had the nerve to tell me they believe I want to flip the car and make money reselling it...hmmm it's my car and I can do as I chose to with it... While waiting at the dealership, one of the nice car salesmen pulled me on the side and told me that not to give up, the manager is trying discourage me getting the car so he can sell my car at a higher markup. Sure enough, while waiting for them to call Ford Motors and verify that I don’t own any car, I received a call again from one of the managers notifying me they won't give me the car I had reserved...what magic is going on here? I pre-ordered the car and paid the required deposit... I have contacted my lawyer this morning and he will assist me filing few complaints. I don’t have a problem spending couple thousand for justice. The sad part is now when reading other yelp reviews, I realize Galpin Ford has been doing this to other customers, especially with the Bronco model. They refuse to sell the Bronco to the customer who pre-ordered it and put the car on their lot at much expensive price to make a profit. Just unacceptable More

I did not have a good experience at my last service appointment, and I am very disappointed in Valencia Ford. I was told my car would be ready by 4pm (I dropped it off at 8:45am). I hadn’t heard from m appointment, and I am very disappointed in Valencia Ford. I was told my car would be ready by 4pm (I dropped it off at 8:45am). I hadn’t heard from my service rep, so I tried calling at 4:15 and wasn’t able to get through (no answer). I tried again at around 4:45 and left a message, no call back. I tried again around 5:15 and had to leave a second message. Again, no call back. I needed my car for that evening, which I had told my service rep that morning. My husband ended up having to walk from work to Ford (45 minute walk) to find out if it was ready since I couldn’t get a hold of anyone while I had to use our only car to get my kids to their practices. When my husband arrived, all of the service reps were sitting around chatting with each other in the room, which was infuriating, and of course, my car was sitting there ready to be picked up. Nobody notified us and nobody answered the phone or returned our calls, all while they were just sitting around casually chatting with one another. Completely unacceptable. More
