Upon arrival to the dealership for service I was immediately greeted by my service advisor Samuel White. He reviewed my account got me checked in and I waited in the lobby area. It took several weeks to hear from the service advisor once I had my vehicle dropped off. I spent $1700 on repairs to get it running and up-to-speed. Not impressed with the "mechanic" for my 37500 service of my f150...there was oil from the oil change on both front door openers...alot of oil...as if he changed the oil did not wipe his hands then opened th my f150...there was oil from the oil change on both front door openers...alot of oil...as if he changed the oil did not wipe his hands then opened the doors for some reason??? Also the inside was dirty...the service dept. usually washes the vehicle, but mine came back dirty. I requested 49 psi in all tires including the spare...when I went to drive out of the dealership, I checked the tires...they were all 64 psi. Turned around to the service and the mechanic and his partner took over 20 minutes to check the air...are these guys trained??? windshield washer fluid was empty... WHAT ESLE DID HE MISS??? Mike Duff did an awsome job but I have lost my confidence in this dealership. More
