Brain was very helpful. He offered to help remove the running boards which I didn't want. He did a great job in his role as sales coordinator He offered to help remove the running boards which I didn't want. He did a great job in his role as sales coordinator More
They have a lot cars which is good but the downside to it if you’re doing a trade they won’t give you what you’re car is worth definitely low ball you if you’re doing a trade they won’t give you what you’re car is worth definitely low ball you More
Service at Autonation ford is as pain free as it gets. They are extremely honest, knowledgeable and fast. They have a team of very talented mechanics that get the job done right. Sales at AutoNation was smooth and easy. I needed to special order an F350 DRW and they were very transparent with the process. Although it took 6 months to get in the current market (chip I needed to special order an F350 DRW and they were very transparent with the process. Although it took 6 months to get in the current market (chip shortage, etc) it was worth the wait. Once the truck came in, James, Zack, and Polo walked me through each step of the process. When its time for me to get a new vehicle I will certainly stop by AutoNation once again. More
Brought in my 2016 Fusion for a low beam headlight replacement (just the bulb not the entire headlight assembly) last week. As I knew that the car would have to be lifted and the bumper would have to replacement (just the bulb not the entire headlight assembly) last week. As I knew that the car would have to be lifted and the bumper would have to be removed to get access to the headlamp I was prepared for a hefty service cost. Before the service was performed I asked the Service Writer for what "the book" says the service time should be (I guessed an hour and a half for a qualified service tech to perform the changeout). I was told that he couldn't tell me due to his inability to access that info on his computer. I didn't push it. I left the car there for an estimate. 3 hours later I received the service cost estimate and I was stunned. I was told it would take 3 hours to replace at a final cost to me of $710 (the cost of labor at Ford is $190/hour I learned). I told Ford, no thanks, and took my car to Grand American in nearby Newhall. There I was charged $145 out the door. I never asked what the extra $140 that Ford wanted would be for. Summary: Ford is very expensive for small issues however I would send my car there for bigger repairs/when I need OEM parts. Their technicians are reliable and the work is long lasting. The service writer was direct, albeit a bit cold, but told me straight (which I always appreciate). I also appreciated the free estimate. More
