I like this dealership overall but the customer service department needs some improvement. I just don't get a vibe that I'm fully welcome here. No one was rude but not friendly either. Major issue though was the guy who drove my truck to me for pickup after the service had the worst BO! My truck reeked for several minutes after. I had to open all windows and the moon roof to make it home. Just disgusting. More

They are very professional and polite! Excellent service! They give an close appointmen unlike different to Galpin Ford (where I bought my Ford Explorer) that told me that I would have Excellent service!
