I asked if (due to health concerns with the COVID pandemic and my husband being immunocompromised) the purchase paperwork could be prepared prior to arrival and if my husband and I could sign the paperwork outdoors at arrival. Nick texted us a message that he doesn't cater to specific requests, prepare paperwork prior to arrival and that we could contact his store manager or another dealership to do us the favor of purchasing our lease buyout. At Nick's suggestion to contact another dealership, I then contacted AutoNation Ford Valencia. One phone call to AutoNation Ford Valencia was all it took! I spoke with the sales manager, Austin. Angie and Zachary in sales assisted with the purchase. From the initial phone call, our health concerns were taken into consideration, and we were respectfully and gladly assisted. All paperwork was prepared prior to arrival and signed outdoors. From the time the phone call was placed to AutoNation Ford Valencia, to the time the purchase took place, was just a couple of hours.
