Zack in sales treated me professionally and showed me the 2021 Explorer I was interested in. The GM as well as the finance department made it a easy buy. I would recommend Valencia Ford. F-150 recall to reprogram CAM they said it would be done in 2 hrs. And they would call me. I waited and waited but no call. I called them over and over but they kept sending me to service desk voicemail bec in 2 hrs. And they would call me. I waited and waited but no call. I called them over and over but they kept sending me to service desk voicemail because no one would answer and no one else could tell me it was completed. So after 8 hrs I caught a ride to and it had been completed ( as far as I know ) and picked it up. Really in today’s technology and someone couldn’t just tell me it was done ? More
