I'll continue to go to this location as long as Mike Duff is there. I like that he answers the phone with "Hi Wendy"! Makes me feel like I'm getting concierge service at a Lamborghini dealership. It’s is very unfortunate that I have taken my car several times to get repairs at Ford Valencia and they are not willing to lower repair prices on my vehicle .also they are the only dealership that don’t hon times to get repairs at Ford Valencia and they are not willing to lower repair prices on my vehicle .also they are the only dealership that don’t honor a rental during the time car is getting repaired.
