Worst Car buying experience EVER! This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had!!!! I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. From the Internet sales rep Steve Lewis to the Finance person Ty Woods I have never dealt with such dis-honest, self-serving people. They wouldn’t accept my Capital One Blank Check (this is a pre-approval with Capital One) because they told me Capital One declined me. They were so kind as to find me a bank that would finance me that was of course through their finance department… How convenient! They made me feel like an absolute looser! Like they were doing me a big favor and I should be so lucky!!! When I called Capital One to find out why I was decline since I was already approved with a blank check I was told that they had declined an application from AutoNation Ford because I already had an approved application with them and they weren’t going to approve 2 applications for the same person with the same car! I was told by Capital One that they did that so I would see the supposed decline and use their available financing… at a higher rate I might add. Steve the sales person knew nothing about the car he was trying to sell me (it’s a good thing I had already done all of the research myself) and had me come back to the dealership twice. This should have been my first clue! Ty Woods NEVER listened to me. I live in a small mountain community where the only way to get mail is at the Post Office via a PO Box. The USPS doesn’t even recognize our street address and I had to provide a utility bill to show my physical street address. I re-iterated several times that all correspondence should be sent to the PO Box. The PO Box is our mailing address, and we do not get mail at home! 2 months later Im still waiting for my license plates and registration… Why? Because they sent my physical address to the DMV and the DMV mailed my plates and registration to my home address which technically doesn’t exist with the USPS so they were returned to the DMV!!!! I will never go back!!! Please think twice about buying a car with AutoNation Ford Valencia if you want a good car buying experience. If you’re looking for a horrible customer service experience with lying and cheating than this is the place for you! More
Purchased a new Ford Fiesta S Hatchback which is my second purchase of a new vehicle in 2 yrs from this dealership. Spoke with Dennis Hawking and told him the make, model.color and options I wanted on second purchase of a new vehicle in 2 yrs from this dealership. Spoke with Dennis Hawking and told him the make, model.color and options I wanted on this car, he got back to me the same day with 2 cars one had a couple more options than I asked for but was well in the range of the price I was looking for. I told him which one I wanted and the next day he had it at the dealership for me to test drive. (Very Impressed Indeed) I found all the staff I dealt with to be very freindly and courteous and as far as the price and trade in value I could not have been more satisfied. I wrote a review the last time I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and my impression has not changed, this is the place to purchase a vehicle. More

Talked with Carl on the phone and made it very clear what I was looking for. I also told him I did not want to waste my time or his if he could not help me. I am mad that he did not call to cancel the appointment. I feel the way this was handled was rude and I will not deal with Carl in the future. I was passed off to Corey who did his best to try and help me but by this time I just felt like my business was not important and left the dealership. More

I found my 2010 mustang online and worked out a deal over the phone and when I was ready to pick up my new car I had to fly in from the SF bay area and Howard came to pick me up at the airport and drive me b the phone and when I was ready to pick up my new car I had to fly in from the SF bay area and Howard came to pick me up at the airport and drive me back to the dealership where we did the paper work quikly so I could get on the road and back home. everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful with the buying process More
I had been complaining about my new Ford F150 since 5 thousand miles. Two issues, One brakes squealed, not an occasional but a constant squealing EVERY time I hit the brakes, Second, my whole dashboard r thousand miles. Finally after the 4th time of trying to fix it( I had to resort to duck tape!) I get ahold of the GM, Dennis. After I explained I've had the truck in for the same repair 4 time, they damaged my vehicle twice I was afraid to bring it in. Dennis was in early, took my vehicle gave me a rental for the inconvenience. They fixed the problem I was in for, my GPS was on the fritz (2nd time I was in for GPS repair), they finally fixed the dash board rattle (still quite after 3000 miles), but my brakes are still squealing EVERY time I hit the brakes. I finally take into a different Ford Dealer, and guess what? They said it was a simple fix, unfortunately since Power Ford Valencia refused to deal with it when it was under the one year warranty I would have to pay. The simple fix?? The braking system is fine, the brake pads were bad. As a new vehicle the pads were under warranty for the first year of the vehicle. They should have just switched it out!! How simple would that have been. I've been complaining about it since 5 thousand miles! Well under the one year warranty, they just chose to drag it out passed the one year so they wouldn't have to replace it. Am I upset? Yes. Would I ever recommend them? NO. As I told Victor the Finance guy, I had no problem with the sales people, but once you buy a vehicle your tied with that Dealership. And Power Ford Valencia, unless you have time to keep taking you vehicle back for the same repair over and over again. Dont bother! Another favorite quote they gave me?? "The brakes are just settling in, keep driving". I've just hit 30,000 miles, shouldn't they be settled??? More
From first contact thru the purchase we were very pleased. We were looking for a specific new car with limited availability. Online we located the exact car we were looking for that had been ordered by Power Ford Valencia. Once in contact with Baig, everything went smoothly from there. As we are from out of state (KS), we were a little apprehensive about the process, but Baig did an excellent job of answering questions and keeping us informed of the status of the car delivery. Paperwork was taken care of in the convenience of our home to secure the car. Our car was delivered to the dealership with perfect timing for our visit to California. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were immediately greeted, and went over the car specifics with Baig. He gave us a detailed explanation of the use of the car, and went as far as setting up our phones. Final paperwork was handled quickly and with all of our questions answered. With our unique situation of being out of state, we had an issue with registering the vehicle. Baig made sure that we got the appropriate document and even had it overnighted. In the past, we have dreaded purchasing a car. Baig and Power Ford made this purchase exactly the opposite. They were easy to deal with, honest, and quick, the way you can only hope a car buying experience would be. More
