After looking for a specific certified pre-owned car make and model for six months before buying from Power Ford, I was convinced that my first car buying experience (from a dealer and not private owner) was doomed to be miserable. I felt at ease immediately. I went in knowing I wanted to see 2 different cars (both the same make and model but different years). Baig explained the differences between the two year models and asked me what I was looking for in a car, in case there something else on the lot that I had not considered. I test drove the cars and made my decision easily based on what I wanted. I went with an 2008 Ford Edge. I have been driving that car for almost 3 years now. I didn't drive away from the lot feeling like I had been shafted. I wouldn't do business anywhere else for my transportation needs, after seeing how a dealership should operate! More

I went into the dealership looking for a used one or two year old Ford Edge. I met with Baig and he showed me two used vehicles on the lot. I had specific requests in the type of vehicle my wife and I wanted. After several dealerships and various manufactures we decided on the Ford Edge. Being able to tow an AWD vehicle behind our motorhome was a priority. We had difficulty finding a used Edge with the options we wanted. We informed Baig we were ready to purchace a new Edge. The morning we met to look at the new Edge we discussed, he informed us a new/used 2013 Edge had just arrived on their lot. I just purchased a brand new 2013 Ford Escape Titanium for my wife and was completely thrilled not only with the car but the service. I was really thrilled that there was zero pressure and that everyone in the dealership was so friendly and able to answer all the questions I had. After going through all the options we wanted with Baig he found the exact vehicle we wanted. It was the only one in the state (I know this because I checked for it at another dealer and they couldn't get it.). He had it ready to go within 12 hours and even provided the big red bow for it. David helped present all financing options clearly and made it a very fast process. And the manager obviously runs a good team game as he knew I was pressed for time and helped make sure everyone was lined up and ready for me. My wife was completely flipped out about it and loves the car. She's about 5'0 and the car is a perfect fit for her. Not too big and not too small. I'm 6'0 and love driving it too! I could go on, but in short this car and the Power Ford dealership are fantastic. More
