I brought my 2021 Ford Bronco in for a warning on display. Mike duff was the service writer who helped me and was able to get it diagnose quickly. When the part came in Mike did not hesitate and got me an appointment as soon as he could. Car was fixed the first time and I couldn’t be happier. Mike is a shinning example of someone who takes pride in their work and really cares. I will be coming back for servicing and I always look forward to dealing with Mike! More

Came in for an oil change and Eric in the service department is absolutely amazing. This has been the second time he has helped me with servicing my car and has been extremely helpful, nice and gave department is absolutely amazing. I had a few questions on our reward points since he is fairly new, he was kind enough to ask another service dept coworker to help us Veronika which was not friendly in fact rude and seemed bothered she had to help us. Veronika needs to learn the importance of customer service or at least not be so bothered to help customers with questions. Eric has been great and will request to have him service our car from now on. We need more people like Eric who care about customer service! More
