Monica (Service Rep) was very nice, responsive and kept me informed on the repairs and price. She lowered the price (labor cost) nearly $100. They kept the car for an extra day because it appeared there me informed on the repairs and price. She lowered the price (labor cost) nearly $100. I wanted to do other work but because of their lack of service techs, I was unable to get what I wanted done plus they charge way too much f change.
